Driver sent to hospital after pickup rollover north of Clairmont

Grande Prairie Rural RCMP says a 48-year-old man involved in a single pickup truck rollover Wednesday has been sent to hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the rollover happened in the area of Highway 2 and Township Road 732, between Clairmont and Sexsmith, just after 6 p.m.
Preliminary investigation suggests the truck was driving on Highway 2, left the highway driving through a field onto Township Road 732, then went into a ditch.
Township Road 732 east of the highway was closed for a time Wednesday evening, but has since reopened.
