Jun 15, 2021 | 1:15 PM

There is a rainfall warning out for the Fairview, Peace River, High Prairie, and Manning forecast area and the High Level, Rainbow Lake, Fort Vermilion, and Mackenzie Highway forecast area.

This takes in everything from Birch Hills and Saddle Hills counties north to the Northwest Territories boundary.

Environment Canada says some places could see 100 millimetres, or close to 4 inches of rain between Tuesday afternoon and Thursday evening.

Localized flooding is possible in low-lying areas.
