Kilgore, Stewart top age group at Alberta Senior Men’s Golf Championship

Floyd Kilgore was the top finisher from the Peace Country at the Alberta Senior Men’s Golf Championship this week.

Kilgore finished at three-over par following the three rounds, good for a tie for tenth overall.

Alan Stewart, representing the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club, wound up tied for 12th at four over par.

However, Kilgore and Stewart wound up first and second respectively in the age 65 to 69 division.

Also at the tournament, Darcy Karbashewski of the Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club finished at five over, tied for 15th overall, and tied for 9th in the 55 to 59 age category.
