The City of Grande Prairie’s Road Rehabilitation Program is shifting to the Crystal Ridge area starting Sunday.
The city says work will include some concrete work and storm sewer repairs, along with the replacement of existing pavement on 117 Avenue and 118 Avenue between 98 Street and 97 Street, and 98 Street from 117 Avenue north to the cul-de-sac.
Crews are scheduled to work Monday to Saturday during this project. These roads will be open to local traffic only and short-term road closures can be expected during the project. The speed limit will be reduced to 30km/h in the construction zone.
Construction is expected to wrapup in mid-September.
