Located in the heart of the Peace Country, ELEMENTS The Compass of Health is the Peace Region’s only community health & wellness centre with a warm salt water therapeutic pool.

Their vision is to allow an integrative heath approach where there are no silos but instead bring conventional, traditional, complementary, and alternative services together for the delivery of healthcare. Each guest can explore his or her own health through a variety of environments related to the four elements within one world.

Services offered include:

Michelle Dacyk, the positive energy behind ELEMENTS The Compass of Health Inc., has immersed herself into the Fairview community over the past 3 years, after moving from Grande Prairie.
S. M. Hemstock who nominated ELEMENTS, shared a few of the ways in which Michelle amplifies the Peace and is making a positive contribution to the Fairview region.

• Created the Dignity Barn in Fairview, located on her property (stocked with donations of amenities, food, clothing, etc.) for those in need of such items, encouraging others to donate when they can.
• Hosts Elements Consignment Market at her business which is an outlet for local products. ELEMENTS also sets up shop at the local Farmer’s Market on behalf of the consignors every second Wednesday for July and August.
• Spearheads the collection of donations and coordinates the assembly of “Beauty Bags” for women, multiple times throughout the year for Northreach Society, Saint Lawrence Centre and  Crossroads Resource Centre. The ‘Beauty Bags’ are filled with supplies like toiletries, feminine hygiene products and wellness items.
• Heart of the Peace Harvest Festival organizing committee.
• Easter Egg painting / hunt event.
• Outdoor and Door Painting Party at Elements to promote community (COLOUR yOUR WORLD Mural Project).
• Shares highlights of local businesses and community events on her Facebook page.
• Mows a grass labyrinth across from her business for the public to enjoy.
