Grand Slam of Curling schedule released

Aug 13, 2021 | 8:31 AM

The Grand Slam of Curling has released its schedule for the upcoming season.

It includes five events, starting with the Masters in October in Oakville, Ontario.

After that comes the National in November in Chestermere; the Meridian Open in January in Camrose; the Players’ Championship in Toronto in April; and the Champions Cup in May in Olds.

There is no Tour Challenge on this year’s schedule.

The last one had been set for Grande Prairie in November of 2020 but was postponed because of the pandemic.

The Grand Slam of Curling had said in July that it was still planning to stop in Grande Prairie and Sarnia, Ontario in the 2022-23 season.

Sarnia had been slated to host the Masters previously.
