Southbound traffic detoured at 100 Street and 139 Avenue starting Thursday

Starting on Thursday, August 26, motorists driving southbound into the city on 100 Street will begin to be detoured west at 139 Avenue.

The detour will be put in place so the city can safely complete the deep storm infrastructure installation and maintain a safe distance between traffic and open excavations.

The detour will remain in place over the next three days.

Traffic travelling northbound on 100 Street will see traffic reduced to a single lane, however, traffic flow will be maintained throughout the construction.
