Environment Canada has issued a frost advisory for the Grande Prairie-Beaverlodge-Valleyview forecast area Tuesday, as temperatures are expected to drop near the freezing point overnight.

The weather office suggests residents should cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas.

An advisory has also been issued in the Peace River-Fairview-High Prairie-Manning forecast area, as well as Fox Creek and Whitecourt.
