14-year-old killed following off-highway rollover west of Grande Prairie

RCMP say a 14-year-old girl has died following an off-highway rollover west of Grande Prairie Thursday.

Grande Prairie RCMP say they were called to the rollover of the off-highway motorcycle around 3:45 p.m. Sept. 30 in the area of Township Road 721, west of the city.

EMS, firefighters and police attended the scene, where the 14-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

RCMP, along with a collision reconstructionist continue to investigate the cause of the fatality.
