No injuries reported in Pinnacle area garage fire

The Grande Prairie Fire Department says no one was injured after a Tuesday afternoon fire in the Pinnacle area.

Firefighters were called in at around 2 p.m. and found a fully involved fire in a double attached garage.

Crews were able to get the blaze out quickly. Fire crews were also able to rescue a family dog from the blaze.

Two nearby houses and vehicles were damaged.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
