Grande Prairie RCMP holding Christmas Cruiser food drive Saturday

Grande Prairie RCMP officers will be out on Saturday collecting non-perishable food items as part of their Christmas Cruiser Campaign.

Officers will be stationed at the Real Canadian Superstore from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on November 27, in hopes of filling up one of their police cruisers with non-perishable food donations.

The items collected from the food drive will then be donated to the Salvation Army in Grande Prairie and Community and Family Services to help give food to those in need during the holiday season.

The Grande Prairie RCMP adds, “every small donation will help someone in need, so come join the officers to help fill the RCMP police cruiser with donations!”
