Section of Highway 40 re-opened after temporary closure

The M.D. of Greenview says it has re-opened traffic on a section of Highway 40 south of the Wapiti Bridge after it was temporarily shut down because of a multi-vehicle collision Friday morning.

The post says road conditions at the time in the valley were extremely icy.

Motorists in or around that area are asked to continue to slow down and travel with caution throughout the remainder of the day.
