County residential snow removal continues

County of Grande Prairie residential snow removal crews are continuing work Thursday in Clairmont at 116 Avenue and 100 Avenue.

Once that is completed, crews will then finish clearing in the Clairmont subdivisions of Whispering Ridge and Westlake Estates.

Administration says with additional snowfall forecast over the weekend, residents are reminded to watch the digital “No Parking” signs when entering select residential areas in the County.

“When the signs are lit, temporary parking restrictions are in place and street parking is not permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.”

Any vehicles left on the street when a parking restriction is in place may be ticketed and/or towed.
