City working to fix TIPPs withdrawal error

The City of Grande Prairie says it is working to resolve an error that occurred with TIPPs (Tax Instalment Payment Program) in December.
In a release, the city says due to an unexpected error, December TIPPs tax payments may have been withdrawn twice from users’ accounts.
Currently, city crews are working with their banking partners to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Once the issue is resolved, users’ will receive a refund in their accounts.
