Charles Spencer & Grande Prairie Composite to move online Jan. 31
The Grande Prairie Public School Division (GPPSD) says students at Charles Spencer and Grande Prairie Composite High Schools will be shifting to online learning from January 31 until February 9.
The GPPSD says in a release it requested the shift to online learning at these schools to focus resources and support the operations of the system as a whole. It adds students at Charles Spencer or Grande Prairie Composite have not been impacted any greater than other school sites.
The school will remain open throughout the day on Friday and all of next week for students or parents to retrieve any learning materials, supplies and technology they might need.
On Monday, teachers will be contacting students through their emails with the information to access classroom materials and lessons. Lessons will begin on Tuesday.
