Grande Prairie RCMP investigating sexual assault

Grande Prairie RCMP are investigating a report of a sexual assault.

Mounties say they received a call about the assault just before 5 a.m. Wednesday, February 16.

Police say their investigation found that the victim was walking in the area of 108 Avenue and 93 A Street when a four-door, dark coloured vehicle drove up. The victim was pulled inside.

Mounties add a description of the suspect is not available.

RCMP want to speak with anyone who may have been in the area at the time. They are also asking anyone who may ahs dashcam footage to come forward.
