Vipers even up NWJHL semi-final with Kings

Brody West’s second goal of the night at the 1:09 mark of overtime gave the Sundown Oilfield Services Sexsmith Vipers a 4-3 win over the County of Grande Prairie JDA Kings on Monday night.
Ty Cousins and Sage Joachim also scored for the Vipers, who with the win tied up their NWJHL semi-final series with the Kings at two wins each.
Keaton Mercredi with a pair and Blake Gillingham replied for the Kings, who outshot the Vipers 25-24 on the night.
Game 5 of the series is set for Tuesday night at 8 pm in Sexsmith.
