Summer Try-It Day set for June 11 in Grande Prairie

The Grande Prairie Regional Sport Connection’s announced its summer Try-It-Day is set for June 11.

The goal of the day is for youth aged 6-17 to have an opportunity to try out a new sport for free.

Over 25 different sports are expected to take part in June Try-it Day, including martial arts, dance, water sports, and much more.

Something new this year is the Centre for Creative Arts has partnered with Try-It-Day, which will offer a selection of art classes for youth to try out including painting and pottery.
