High Prairie RCMP looking for assistance to solve historical murder case

The death of a Grande Prairie woman nine years ago in Atikameg is being revisited, as RCMP in High Prairie continue to search for those responsible.

34-year-old Chantal Gail Savard was found dead outside of a home in the community on July 29th, 2013.

An autopsy determined her death was a homicide, but those responsible for her murder have yet to be identified.

At the request of Chantal’s family, police are once again asking the public for help in solving this case.
