Overnight road closure on eastbound 116 Avenue on July 20

On Wednesday, July 20, construction crews will work overnight to remove an overhead sign on 116 Avenue and 102 Street.

Work will start on July, 20 at 9 p.m. and go on till July, 21 at 6 a.m.

All eastbound lanes will be closed to allow a crane to take apart the overhead sign and poles.

Traffic on 102 Street will not be able to turn eastbound on 116 Avenue due to construction and traffic heading eastbound on 116 Avenue will be redirected north on 102 Street.

There will be traffic control signs and marked detours while work is underway.

Construction is expected to be finished by 6 a.m. Thursday, July 21.
