GPFD investigating a Creekside neighbourhood fire

On Saturday, August 6, the Grande Prairie Fire Department responded to a call from the Creekside neighbourhood

With strong winds and large amounts of flames, firefighters immediately tried to limit the fire to one home.

However, one other nearby home did receive some damage, as well as some vehicles that were in the area.

There were no injuries due to the blaze, but some residents have been displaced.
