A man who was responsible for a shelter-in-place order being placed on the residents of Cadotte Lake over the weekend has been arrested.
RCMP say Brenon Gray was picked up around 7:20 Monday night without incident in Little Buffalo.
Peace Regional RCMP were assisted by the Police Dog Service, Air Services, Western Alberta District Crime Reduction Unit, Major Crimes Unit and Alberta RCMP Emergency Response Team in rounding up Grey, who was wanted on a warrant for murder.
His believed presence in the Cadotte Lake area over the weekend led to ashelter-in-place order being set up by RCMP and the Woodland Cree First Nation.
