Huge increase in businesses taking part in fall job fair

The Holiday Inn on 107th street in Grande Prairie will play host to the annual fall job fair on Tuesday.

A total of 47 businesses will be set up from noon to 6 pm to talk to prospective job seekers, a large increase from the 20 businesses that took part in last fall’s event.

Job seekers are encouraged to bring copies of their resume with them, to dress appropriately, and be ready to discuss employment opportunities.

Energy, agriculture, financial, and transportation are just some of the work sectors that will be represented at this job fair.
