Pouce Coupe man charged for stolen oilfield supplies by Grande Prairie RCMP

A Pouce Coupe man is facing a stolen property charge following an investigation by the Grande Prairie RCMP Crime Reduction Unit

On August 17, 2022, the police received a tip for stolen oilfield supplies valued at $8,734.

Mounties say the information they received from the public was that the man was trying to sell the stolen property.

Fifty-six-year-old Blaine Letendre of Pouce Coupe, B.C. has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime for the purpose of trafficking over $5,000.

He was released on an undertaking to appear in Grande Prairie Provincial Court on September 26, 2022.

The matter is now before the courts and no further updates or details surrounding the incident will be shared by RCMP.
