On Wednesday October 12, around 8 p.m. Grande Prairie RCMP along with emergency services and Grande Prairie Technical Search and Rescue responded to a collision involving a tanker truck on the Canfor 2000 Road on the Smoky River Bridge.

RCMP along with Central Alberta Rescue Diving Society and Occupational Health and Safety continue to investigate and will remain on scene for several hours today.
