Storm deal veteran blueliner

Grande Prairie Storm have completed a trade.

19-year-old defenceman and associate captain Jack Budd has been dealt to Bonnyville for 19-year-old forward Alex Atwill and 18-year-old defenceman Kaiden Bugera.

Budd had 2 goals and 8 points in 16 games with the Storm this season, his second campaign with the club

Atwill had 3 goals and 8 points in 16 games with the Pontiacs, while Bugera chipped in with a goal and 3 points in 13 games.

Storm host Spruce Grove this Friday and Saturday.
