RCMP investigating threat made to Grimshaw public school

UPDATE: Grimshaw RCMP say they now believe there was never any threat to the public at any time after speaking to all relevant parties. A mischief investigation continues.Peace Regional RCMP are investigating an anonymous call to Grimshaw public school advising of a potential threat to the school.

The call came in on Friday, and officers are currently investigating the validity of the threat.

Mounties worked with the school to ensure the safety of students as they were leaving the school.
