Two Grande Prairie men have been arrested and charged after an alleged break-and-enter to a business on Sunday, October 30.

Grande Prairie RCMP said at around 3 p.m. on Sunday, they were conducting patrols in the area of Range Road 62 and Township road 731 when they noticed a suspicious vehicle parked near a business that was closed for the day.

An investigation determined that a break-and-enter was taking place, and the police dog service was brought in to help them take two suspects into custody.

43-year-old Ryan Turner and 32-year-old Nelson Mizera each face one count of break and enter with intent and mischief under five grand.

Turner was held in custody and was due in Grande Prairie provincial court on November 2, while Mizera was released and is due in court on November 14.
