Peace Country residents are reminded to ‘fall back’ this weekend

Residents are being reminded to turn back their clocks an hour tonight. Daylight Savings Time ends Sunday, November 6, at 2 a.m.

This only applies to the Alberta side of the Peace as the BC side doe snot change its clocks.

Daylight Savings Time came into effect in 1908 to save energy and make better use of daylight.

Clocks are supposed to be turned back to 1 a.m. when the clock hits 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
