Meth found following stolen vehicle arrest in Grande Prairie

Grande Prairie RCMP has arrested and charged a Grande Prairie woman after recovering a stolen vehicle.

Mounties say the vehicle was spotted in front of a residence in the Pinnacle neighbourhood on November 18 at around 9 p.m. Police say a female was arrested shortly after she returned to the vehicle.

A search warrant was executed on the home, where Mounties recovered the keys to the car as well as other personal items belonging to its actual owner, and around 300 grams of meth.

29-year-old Danielle Greer has been charged with possession of meth for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
