Three male suspects for armed robbery being looked for in Grande Prairie

Mounties in Grande Prairie are asking for the public’s help in identifying three men wanted in relation to an attempted robbery last week.

They say at around 9 p.m. on November 23, an adult female was walking along 99 Street between 105 and 106 Avenues when she was approached by three men who told her to give them her money.

The victim was shoved to the ground before the suspects fled the scene.

The first suspect was aboriginal, about 6 feet tall, wearing a dark toque, and had an American flag on his back.

The second suspect was a white male, also about 6 feet tall, and was wearing a blue bomber-style jacket with a dark hoodie underneath.

The final suspect was white, riding a bike, and was wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

Anyone who may have seen the incident or has information on the suspects is asked to call the Grande Prairie detachment at 780-830-5701 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
