Eastlink Centre hosts “One More Night” to celebrate ten-year anniversary

The Eastlink Centre is hosting a “One More Night” celebration on December 11 to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Eastlink Centre.

The “One More Night” Celebration will feature free admission on the day of the celebration and a long list of activities such as:

• Bouncy castles and games in the fieldhouse – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Fitness class showcase – 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Drop-in public swimming – starting at 1 p.m. in two-hour time slots
• Public skating with free rentals – 2:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Facility tours – starting at 11 a.m.
• Scavenger hunt
• Cupcake showdown featuring special guests and cake handout – starting at 3:30 p.m.

Pre-registration is only required to take a facility tour, with all other events being first come, first serve. Click here to pre-register your facility tour.

The Eastlink Centre is also running a number of promotions leading up to and on the anniversary as well.

Community Knowledge Campus welcome desks will be accepting food bank donations until December 11, and everyone who donates will be entered to win a six-month adult membership.

A social media giveaway is currently running on Eastlink’s Facebook, with the winner receiving a swag bag and a gift card to the rec centre.
