Grande Prairie RCMP investigating shooting death of a horse

Grande Prairie RCMP say they are investigating after a horse was found shot to death

Police say they got a report at around 9:20 pm on December 13 that horse had been found dead by its owner in the area of Range Road 45 and Township Road 742.

Mounties determined the horse had been shot the day before.

RCMP say they are looking for the public’s help.

Anyone who can help is asked to contact the Grande Prairie RCMP at 780-830-5700 or their local police.
