Freezing rain and snowfall warnings for Peace region

Environment Canada has issued weather warnings across the Peace region for December 26 for both freezing rain and snowfall.
In the Grande Prairie – Beaverlodge – Valleyview and Hinton – Grande Cache areas, a freezing rain warning has been issued as patchy freezing rain has developed over portions of west-central Alberta and is continuing to progress eastwards this afternoon.
It is expected to end today.
In the Peace River – Fairview – Manning – High Prairie forecast area, a snowfall warning has been issued. Heavy snowfall of up to 15 cm is expected today and will gradually ease by Tuesday morning.
