RCMP have cleared a multi-vehicle collision near Emerson Trail

UPDATE: Mounties want to advise residents that the collision has been cleared and motorists can resume travel in all directions.

The investigation has revealed the thick fog and poor visibility contributed to this collision.

A total of four vehicles were involved in the crash, with one male being transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

No further updates are expected.

The Grande Prairie RCMP are currently on scene of a multi-vehicle collision that’s blocking southbound traffic on Highway 2 at Highway 672 (Emerson Trail).
