Tenille Townes to perform at Juno Awards

She says on Facebook that the last time she got to go to the Juno Awards in Edmonton, she “watched sitting in the nosebleeds.”

Now, Grande Prairie’s Tenille Townes will be on the stage.

Show organizers have announced she will be among the performers at the annual awards on March 13 in Edmonton.

The Juno Awards recognize the best in Canadian music.

Tenille says in the same post that she is “pumped” to play the Junos for the first time.
