Fairview RCMP looking for an attempted robbery suspect

At 2 a.m. on January 25, Fairview RCMP responded to a robbery at a local business.

An unknown male suspect entered the business with a firearm and attempted to take money from the cash register. After finding it had already been emptied, the suspect fled.

He left the scene in a dark-colored Dodge pick-up truck, however, no license plate was obtained.

The suspect is described as:

• A light complexion male
• Approximately 5’6″
• Was last seen wearing dark clothing and sunglasses, with his face covered.
