Joussard local wins quarter of a million from lottery EXTRA draw

Another lottery ticket purchased in the Peace region has made a Joussard local $250,000 richer.

Russell Willier bought a ticket on January 19 from Circle K on 38 Street in High Prairie and decided to add the EXTRA.

Three days later, Willier was driving to Valleyview and said in a release, “I stopped to buy a coffee and decided to check some tickets”.

Willier was in such disbelief, he said “When I got to Valleyview I had to check the ticket again to make sure I wasn’t seeing things!”.
