Cause of Wednesday fire near Teepee Creek under investigation

The County of Grande Prairie Fire Marshall is looking into the cause of a building fire Wednesday, near Teepee Creek.

The County says in a news release that firefighters were called out at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, and when they arrived on the scene, found an outbuilding fully engulfed in flames.

Crews got the blaze out before it could spread to any other buildings.

No one was injured.

Crews from the Clairmont and Teepee Creek stations, along with the Sexsmith and Wembley Fire Departments, answered the call.
