Dream Home Lottery organizers confident of a sell-out

Sunday marks the final day of sales for the 30th annual Rotary Dream Home Lottery and officials are confident it will sell out.

Organizers say 97 per cent of the tickets had been sold as of Thursday night.

Lottery Raffle Manager Melissa Coulombe credits several reasons for the upswing in sales.

“We have a fantastic product in Unique Home Concepts 2023 home. People just love this year’s Dream Home.”

“Second, the economy has improved. Third – the 30^th Anniversary Pack of tickets was extremely popular and gave ticket sales a boost from the start. Lastly, we have tried a few marketing tricks and strategic tweaks that have really, really paid off.”

The Dream Home is open for viewing from 6 to 9 P.M. Friday, 11 A.M. – 5 P.M. Saturday, and 11 A.M. – 9 P.M. on Sunday.

Ticket sales end at midnight Sunday.

“We are excited to potentially see the Dream Home sell out this weekend. The 50-50 will go till Midnight Sunday or we hit $800,000 – whichever comes first,” adds Coulombe.
