ALERT looking for victim of a sexual assault against a child

ALERT’s Internet Child Exploitation Unit says it is looking for the victim after a sexual assault against a child in northern Alberta.
Tobias (Toby) Hooka-Nooza, an 18-year-old man from Bushe River, has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, and three child pornography offenses.
ALERT says images were found on a phone, some of which depict an assault against someone authorities describe in a release as “a toddler-age child or younger.”
That release goes on to say that the pictures suggest the child may need medical care and that there may be others under the age of 18 who were sexually exploited or may have harmed themselves.
