MD of Greenview to update residents on wildfire situation

The MD of Greenview is hosting a meeting on Wednesday to update its residents on the wIldfire situation within the municipality.

Reeve Tyler Olsen will be joined by Regional Fire Chief Wayne Brown and RCMP Sargeant Chris Power at the meeting.

The meeting starts at 9 AM Wednesday, May 10 and residents can join in the discussion from one of five locations.

They include the Community Hall in Grovedale, the Greenview Regional Multiplex in Valeyview, the Community Centre in DeBolt, the Recreation Centre Arena in Grande Cache, and the Allan and Jean Miller Centre in Whitecourt.

Residents can also join the meeting online via Zoom, with the link to that being available on the MD’s website.
