Cash and Camping needs big push in ticket sales over final days of lottery

Organizers of this year’s Rotary Clubs of Grande Prairie Cash and Camping Lottery are putting out an urgent final call for ticket sales.

With just 10 days left to purchase tickets, organizers say they need to see at least an additional $300,000 in sales over that time, in order to be able to cover expenses and continue to make an impact in the community.

Proceeds from the Cash and Camping lottery impact over 40 local non-profit groups and community programs.

Organizers say this year’s lottery has proven to be a challenge in the face of economic uncertainty and the unprecedented pressures that the wildfires have created.
