92 Street construction project set to start Tuesday

The City will begin a road work project starting on Tuesday, July 4.

During construction, 92 Street, from 92 Avenue to 100 Avenue will see occasional lane restrictions and a reduced speed limit of 30km/h while the project is underway.

The City asks drivers to be mindful of workers and anticipate delays.

Work will consist of removal and replacement of the road surfaces, and spots of the curbs and sidewalks, as well as minor storm sewer infrastructure repairs, repainting road line markings, crosswalk lines, and landscaping.

Crews will operate Monday to Saturday, with the project expected to be finished by mid-August.

The City would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding during construction season.
