Twenty three-year-old man wanted for assault in Manning

UPDATE 2:

Manning RCMP has provided an update on the investigation into a man wanted for assault.

Mounties attended the home of Kyser Steven Yasinski, on July 26, however, he fled the scene but was located and taken into custody a day later, on July 27.

As a result, Yaskinski has been charged with the following:

  • Assault
  • Mischief over $5000
  • Dangerous driving (x2)
  • Theft of motor vehicle
  • Theft of trailer over $5000
  • Breach of undertaking

Yaskinski was brought before a Justice of the Peace and released, with a court date set for August 14.

UPDATE:

Manning RCMP has reported Kyser Steven Yasinki is in custody.

Manning RCMP are looking for a wanted man.

Kyser Steven Yasinski was last seen on foot in the Notekewin area between Manning and Hotchkiss after fleeing his residence just after midnight on Wednesday when officers attempted to arrest him for assault.

The 23-year-old man is described as:

  • 5’8 tall
  • 150 lbs
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Light complexion

Mounties are asking for the publics assistance in locating Yasinski. If you see him, do not approach and call 9-1-1 or your local police.
