HFCRD developing emergency preparedness program
The Holy Family Catholic Regional Division is partnering with Edmonton-based company Hour Zero to develop a new health and safety program.
The program will focus on emergency preparedness and responses by utilizing Hour Zero’s tools for incident reporting, facilitating school-specific safety training, and school emergency plans.
Superintendent Betty Turpin said in a news release; “There is no such thing as being too prepared for worst-case scenarios.”
“Having more tools, training, and other resources for our schools and parents to utilize so they can feel confident that their children are in a safe environment for any scenerio,” she added.
