Firearms offense investigation in Cadotte Lake

Peace Regional RCMP are investigating an incident that involved a firearm being discharged and a vehicle stolen in Cadotte Lake on Wednesday.
Police were able to locate the stolen vehicle, but have been unable to locate two suspects they believe to be connected with the disturbance in the community.
The incident is believed to have been a targeted event and police say there is no threat to the public.
An investigation is ongoing, more information released when it becomes available.
