Fire Advisory in place for Saddle Hills County

A fire advisory is now in effect for Saddle Hills County due to dry conditions and strong winds creating high wildfire conditions in the area.

The county says this is not a ban, but fire permits will be carefully weighed on a case-by-case basis.

People are asked to watch your campfires are fully extinguished before leaving them, keep debris and tall grass away from machinery and report any wildfire they may see,

The advisory will remain in place until conditions improve.
