Aquatera Outdoor Swimming Pool closes for season Monday

The City of Grande Prairie is closing the Aquatera Outdoor Swimming Pool for the year.
The closure is happening to prevent the pool from being damaged by low overnight temperatures, ensure enough time to complete year-end shutdown procedures, and any needed repairs.
This year the facility had over 15,000 thousand visitors thanks in part to three free facility days over the summer.
The outdoor pool closes September 25.
