Grande Prairie Public library food bank receives donation from Uride

The foodbank operating out of Grande Prairie Public Library has received a donation from a ride-sharing service.
As part of their Ride for a Reason initiative, Uride has been distributing Instacart orders to local food banks in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta, including the Little Free Pantry at Grande Prairie’s library.
The orders are a part of the ride-sharing service’s efforts to ensure everyone in its communities has access to food.
In addition, Uride driver’s collected canned items and non-perishable foods left behind by passengers to donate to local food banks and non-profits.
